S.A.Z apartments is a newly built object which provides our guests entirely comfortable accomodation and warmness of a family home with exceptional location that is ideal for tourists and business people. What makes them special is the high quality accommodation which is designed on the principle of hotel accommodation. Also, modern designed in a way that each room has a separate bathroom. Each of our apartments accommodate up to 6 people with a price of 60 euros per apartment and the rooms can accommodate 2 person with an average price of 40 euros per room.

Apartments are equipped with all amenities for you to feel like in your home. What we offer is the use of household appliances, air conditioning, ovens, wi-fi internet, refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, central heating, washing machine and hair dryer. In addition, we provide our guests free parking and during those warm summer nights we have a big new outdoors pool for you to enjoy

Our apartments are located in quiet and peaceful area, with pleanty activites for you to enjoy with a walking distance. You can visit Dinamo stadion or famous Maksimir park which includes Maksimir Zoo. Or you can walk to tram station that will directly take you to the heart of the city in 15 minutes. If you prefer to shop there’s a shopping mall called Garden Mall with more than 70 brand shops and it’s 10 minutes away. The apartment is 200 meters away from the nearest shop, kiosk and bakery.
